Scope of Work
- Services include UI/UX design, portfolio website development, and related digital design work
- Specific deliverables will be outlined in project communication before work begins
- Additional work outside the agreed scope will require separate agreement and pricing

Payment Terms
Payment Structure
- 50% deposit required to begin work and secure project slot
- 50% final payment due upon completion and client approval

Late Payment Policy

Before Final Payment
Until final payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain with Eluxtra. No usage, distribution, or modification is permitted.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

- 100% refund if project is cancelled before work begins
- 50% refund if cancelled during development phase

Force Majeure
