Service Agreement
By engaging Eluxtra's services, you agree to the following terms. These exist to keep things clear and professional for both of us.
Scope of Work
- Services include portfolio website development and related digital work
- Specific deliverables are outlined in project communication before work begins
- Additional work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement
All source files, commercial usage rights, and post-delivery support come standard with every project.
Payment Terms
Payment Structure
- 50% deposit required to begin work and secure your project slot
- 50% final payment due upon completion and your approval
- Payment methods: PayPal, Robux, or other mutually agreed methods
- All prices in GBP unless otherwise specified
Rush Orders
Expedited delivery available for a 50% additional fee. Rush orders require full payment upfront.
Projects will be paused if final payment isn't received within 7 days of completion. Files are delivered only after full payment.
Delivery & Timeline
Standard Delivery
- All packages: 5–7 business days minimum
- Complex projects may take longer — this will always be communicated upfront
- Delivery begins after deposit is received and requirements are confirmed
If delivery is delayed on my end, you'll receive a 10% discount on your next project.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Your Rights
- Full ownership of all deliverables upon final payment
- Unlimited commercial usage rights for all delivered work
- Right to modify, distribute, and use the delivered work freely
- All source files and assets included
My Rights
- Right to showcase the completed work in my portfolio
- Credit attribution appreciated but not required
All intellectual property rights remain with Eluxtra until final payment is received. No usage or distribution is permitted before then.
Communication & Support
During the Project
- Primary communication via Discord or Twitter DM
- Regular progress updates throughout the build
- Response time within 12 hours on business days
Post-Delivery Support
- 30 days free support for any questions or issues
- File re-delivery available within 6 months if needed
- Minor adjustments included for 14 days post-delivery
Legal
Liability
Eluxtra's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Confidentiality
All client information and project details are kept strictly confidential and will never be shared.
Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation.
